Monthly supervise and inspect the implementation of various professional KPI indicators, analyze the reasons for the uncompleted KPI monitoring indicators, formulate improvement measures, and report the hidden dangers of KPI monitoring indicators that cannot be completed for a long time or have major deviations to the management project for governance, and report the implementation at the regular HSE meeting of the operation department.
Organize various majors to identify and undertake the 355 systems of the company, formulate internal management rules of the operation department in combination with the actual situation of the operation department, combine the system elements with the various systems undertaken, clarify the responsible persons, and carry out inspections on the implementation of various systems. Integrate the operation of the system with the current system to promote the effectiveness of the operation of the HSE system.
Organize all staff to participate in the job risk identification, familiar with the job risk factors, professional management office to participate in the identification of the job activity list and equipment and facilities list to further identify and improve, determine the post-level management and control risks and the operation of ministerial management and control risks, Monthly follow-up inspection of the implementation of risk control measures and the progress of hidden danger management projects.

Further implement the "135" principle of the company's HSE management system for emergency response, organize teams to conduct emergency drills in the form of "drills + comments", summarize deficiencies, optimize plans, and improve employees' emergency response capabilities.
